Susie is experienced in all aspects of drafting wills, living wills and powers of attorney.  She advises on the options to be considered, taking account of Inheritance Tax planning, care fees planning and protection of assets.

 

She assists clients in the management of their financial affairs, liaising with other professional advisers as required to deal with clients’ investments. Susie deals with the administration of all kinds of estates, large and small, advising and guiding clients and families through what can be a very stressful time in their lives.

 

She has a wealth of experience in the management and running of trusts, including charitable trusts, and advises on transfer of assets into and out of trust arrangements.

 

Susie has been a tutor on the Private Client course for the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde since 2004.
